The Site is offered to you conditioned on your acceptance without modification of the terms, conditions, and notices contained herein (hereafter the "Terms"). Third-Party Payment Method Fees

When purchasing a Program, there may be fees charged to the User by the third-party payment provider or the User's bank. These fees are not under Balance Dogs' control, and Balance Dogs disclaims all liability in this regard.

ACCOUNT REGISTRATION

To access certain features of the Site and Services, you must register to create an account ("Balance Dogs Account") and become a User. The User may register directly via the Site.By using this Site, the User is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their Account and password and for restricting access to their computer. The User agrees to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under their Account or password.Balance Dogs reserves the right to refuse or cancel Service, terminate accounts, or remove or edit content at its sole discretion.

REFUND POLICY

Balance Dogs does not offer any guarantees or refunds. All purchases are final.

Accordingly, both parties agree to resolve any claim or controversy at law or equity through out-of-court alternative dispute resolution procedures before resorting to litigation.
